RN -Care Plan Reviews and Documentation (permanent-parttime) and Clinical Nurse Level -2 & Registered Nurse for Residential Aged Care (permanent)
At Meercroft Care Inc we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to some of the most vulnerable members of our community and enabling the provision of specialist support for people living with complex needs associated with mental illness and/or dementia and aging into a mainstream residential aged care setting.
RN -Care Plan Reviews and Documentation (permanent part-time)
What we have on offer is a Permanent part-time position which would be suitable for a person with at least 2 years experience with aged care experience in care planning and completion of relevant assessments. Hours of work are negotiable and would suit a Registered nurse with school-aged children. Hourly rate $48.26 per hour and 4 weeks annual leave per year with 17.5% loading and 11.5% Super. Meercroft is a non for profit organisation and we can also offer the incentive of salary packaging of up to $15,899 a year.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting care plan reviews with all the related documentation, assessment and preparation required to generate new and existing individualised care plans for our consumers. You will need to have exceptional communication abilities to effectively liaise with Allied Healthcare Professionals, the ability to communicate with our Consumers, their Representatives and any other Stakeholders. You should know AN ACC to ensure that relevant information is also included in the individual consumer's care plans while still providing an overall view of the residents’ choices, dignity and well-being, while maintaining the inclusiveness of their physical, psychological, social and spiritual requirements, to improve and maintain each individual consumers quality of life.
CN and RN residential clinical care (permanent)
What we have on offer for the CN will be Permanent position. Hours of work include Mon- Fri 0700-1500hrs and Hourly rate is $53.36 per hour, 4 weeks leave with 17.5% loading 11.5% super and as Meercroft is a non-profit organisation we also offer the incentive of salary packaging of up to $15899 a year.
We also have on offer for the role of RN which is also a permanent position inlcude, a negotiable roster which includes one weekend off a fortnight. Hourly rate includes $48.26 per hour with associated penalties depending on shift worked, Sat and Sun rates as well as 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading and 11.5% super. As Meercroft is a non for profit organsiation we are also able to offer salary packaging of $15,899 per annum

Our successful candidates will have;
Previous experience as a Nurse in either the health care or aged care setting, the CN must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent organisational and communications skills and the ability to work as part of a busy team.
- A good understanding of care plan documentation and ANACC requirements.
