Purpose of the Role:
Aesop seeks a talented Store Manager who is able to support and cover varying locations across the Melbourne metro areas. This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a Store Manager to bring their expertise to a variety of iconic Aesop locations.
Working full-time time on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, the Roaming Store Manager will be responsible for budgeting, store-specific marketing, and building the store's client base, as well as choreographing the daily activities of a team of Retail Consultants. You will also be assisting with the new site launches, onboarding new team members and support with annual cover across Melbourne.
The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with diligence, passion, and élan.
What We Are Looking For:
Current state drivers’ licence
Willingness to travel up to 20km from Melbourne CBD
Experience in the retail sector as a manager or assistant manager of a store or counter;
The confidence to sell products requiring specialist knowledge;
Flexible & able to adapt to working with various teams
A willingness to embrace demonstration-based sales techniques;
A demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service;
Commercial acumen;
Excellent communication skills and merchandising abilities - including the capacity to converse warmly and effortlessly with customers; and
Computer literacy encompassing strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
