Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Roofing Manager. The Roofing Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day roofing operations, quoting/measuring up, managing a team of roofing professionals, and ensuring efficient project execution. They will collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure timely and successful completion of roofing projects. This role is based in Canberra.
Qualifications
Proven experience in roofing management, including project planning and execution
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Certifications or licenses in roofing or related field (e.g., Roofing Contractor License) are a plus
Experience in the plumbing and gas industry is beneficial
