The roster and Relationship Officer is to roster staff with clients to provide At-Home services according to agreed timeframes and in line with the organisation's strategy, Vision, Values and operating requirements.
- Coordinating day-to-day rostering requirements across the organisation.
- Direct and allocate resources as needed, ensuring that business processes have been followed.
- Promote workforce efficiency and ensure that operational needs have been met.
- Answering incoming calls
- High-level administrative support ensuring all aspects of administrative support are performed as required and as directed.

Skills and experience
Minimum 1 year of Roster Officer experience (Preferable in Community/Disability sector)
Desirable Requirements
1. High-level verbal, written and interpersonal communication and relational skills including:
- High-level literacy and numeracy skills
- High-level telephone skills
- Working with coordinators, clients, carers and other stakeholders to achieve appropriate client outcomes.
2. Demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative support in a team setting.
3. High-level computer literacy with proficiency in word processing, Outlook, and including high-level keyboard skills.
4. Build long-term relationships with clients and field staff
5. Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
6. Help promote and maintain a positive company image
7. Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
8. Attentive to detail and organized
9. Must be self-motivated, flexible, manage priority, and work towards achieving long-term goals
10. General understanding of the Disability Sector and NDIS.
11. NDIS worker check or willing to obtain
