Kirinari Community Services have an exciting opportunity for a team member to undertake a full time role as Roster Coordinator across our Support4Me and Community Transport divisions.
The role is full time, 76 hours per fortnight, to commence mid April.
About You:
Previous experience in scheduling or rostering
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly
Ability to understand and interpret multiple EA’s or modern awards
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced / high pressure environment with set deadlines and competing priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Critical thinker with an eye for detail
About the Role:
Daily usage of Transport booking system
Daily Rostering / Scheduling
Dispatching
Daily phone calls
Bookings and cancellations
Taxi maintenance
My age care access
Fleet maintenance
Booking and verifying trips
Driver contact
Handling customer enquiries
Bus hire
Weekly and monthly Reporting
Other duties where required
