Bupa Tugun is a modern care home situated in a lovely beachside suburb on the sunny Gold Coast. You will be just minutes from local parks, beaches, cafes, shops and transport options. It consists of 163 beds, with high and low residential, respite and dementia care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

About the Role
As our office and rostering administrator, you will work closely with the management team of the care home. You will play a pivotal role with rostering, hr and workplace planning.
Experience in HR, payroll or rostering is highly regarded, as is the ability to work under pressure.
Duties
- Staff rostering including HR administration support
- Financial management including petty cash, receipting, and banking
- Ad hoc support as directed by the General Manager
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of a Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Previous experience gained in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite
- Highly developed organisation and time management skills
- The ability to solve problems independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is part of compliance and needs to be completed prior to commencement - successful applicants will have this cost reimbursed upon commencement.
