About the position:
We are actively seeking enthusiastic Rostering Coordinators to provide vital support to our dynamic and expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering a rewarding, refreshing, and personalised placement and recruitment experience to our hospital and non-hospital-based clients.
Your primary objectives include:
- Scheduling of client services in a timely manner and within a customer focused environment
- Complete rostering tasks within designated timeframes.
- Provide services that supports compliance within all areas of the business.
- Undertaking to problem solve client issues using your best customer service skills
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in a rostering / booking role.
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office suite and willingness to learn new programs.
- Comfortable working in a small team environment and dealing with multiple work requests.
Attributes for a successful candidate:
- A strong knowledge of the healthcare recruitment and placement industry.
- Excellent proven history of customer engagement
- RN or EN experience an additional plus
- Capacity to prioritise daily work flow and complete set tasks in a timely manner.
- MS & Google computer programs including word & database systems.
