We are seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinatorto join our team on a Full Time Permanent Basis. This role is responsible for rostering Care Workers, taking into consideration location of services, customer needs and preferences, geographical location, language, and service type. The Rostering Coordinator will be responsible for consistent and high-quality rostering to enable the service to deliver high quality aged care services in the community.
The role is based at our facility in Felixstow.
About you
You will bring the following to this position.
- Ability to manage rosters and staff allocations based on skill mix and resident needs.
- Proven experience in rostering or scheduling within a healthcare or aged care environment.
- Ability to handle unplanned changes and manage leave efficiently.
- Experience supporting new team members with training and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop reports and analyse data to optimise costs and enhance service quality
- Maintain agency spreadsheet and invoice coding.
- Accurately enter data into the rostering system and capture sheets, ensuring Payroll and Finance deadlines are met
- Provide reception service as needed for all visitors and ensure they are assisted appropriately.
- Publish rosters in accordance with Enterprise Agreement requirements.
