We are seeking an experienced customer service superstar to join our friendly Allocations Team.
Your responsibilities
Our hours of operation are 5:00am – 11:00pm, 365 days a year. This role requires flexibility, you will be working 3 out of 4 weekends, as well as during the week, with roster provided 4 weeks in advance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Taking and directing inbound calls
Contacting nurses and updating availabilities in the rostering system
Entering and filling shifts through the rostering system
Candidate care – touching base with nurses and clients
About you
You will be a self starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn, and in return we will provide full training and a great working environment.
You will possess the following:
Have a strong work ethic and a professional phone manner
Be a team player with a high level of availability and flexibility to work early, late and weekend shifts as required
Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, nurses and clients
Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Reception/Sales and/or Call Centre experience is desirable however not essential
