Rowing Club Development Coach

The University of Western Australia Boat Club (UWABC) (the Club) wishes to appoint an accomplished and experienced coach to improve on-water performance of athletes by improving the quality of coaching across the club. Specifically:

• Mentoring, developing and leading volunteer coaches;
• Creating a Club coach development pathway; and
• Setting Club training programs.
