You will be responsible for Automation developments using our internal framework and practices. You will work closely with the RPA Lead Specialist to drive our strategic automation agenda with the intent to generate high ROI within the group. You will make a difference by:

  • Bot development using Automation Anywhere
  • Responsible for supporting the overall Automation solution.
  • Identifying automation opportunities in the business
  • Working with the lead specialist to control the scope activities and negotiate and prioritise as required with stakeholders
  • Risk Management – Recognising the difference between risks and issues
  • Leadership – Helping the team to be great
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective participation in project / RPA delivery

 

A little bit about you

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven experience in providing project management and coordination to support senior leadership
  • Experience in Robotic Process Automation platform implementation
  • Experience in Agile methodologies with proven experience in large complex agile projects
  • Financial Services experience
  • Modern automation technologies including automation anywhere
  • User interface/user experience
  • Python and other coding expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills including the ability to set priorities and manage multiple workloads
