  • Collaborate with our talented trainers to make sure everything we teach meets compliance standards and industry needs.
  • Help develop and review marketing materials that are clear, informative, and compliant.
  • Manage our compliance calendar and keep track of all our compliance tasks.

  • Be involved in developing and submitting tenders and funding applications.
  • Keep our training products top-notch! Develop, review, and provide feedback on nationally recognised and non-accredited training products.
  • Liaise with industry partners, accreditation bodies, and government agencies.
  • You'll be the internal audit master! Coordinate internal audits, manage external audits, and prepare all the necessary documentation.

Do you have what it takes? (Selection Criteria)

  • You have a deep understanding of ASQA, RTO Standards, and Compliance processes.
  • You've dealt with general regulatory compliance before and know how to navigate government requirements.
  • Funding bodies are no mystery to you – you understand their requirements thoroughly.
  • You're a project management whiz and can keep compliance projects on track.
  • Familiar with student management systems (SMS) and learning management systems (LMS).
  • You have experience preparing for and facilitating both internal and external audits.
  • You have strong analytical skills to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents.
  • You can clearly and concisely explain things to a wide range of people, from colleagues to regulators.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in everything you do.
  • Integrity and ethics are important to you.
  • You're proactive and always looking for ways to identify and minimize risks.
  • You have a relevant tertiary qualification in education, training, compliance, or a similar field.

Bonus points if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience keeping an RTO compliant.
  • A talent for handling mountains of paperwork efficiently.
  • Deep knowledge of the VET sector, the AQF, training package requirements, and RTO compliance obligations.
  • The ability to translate legalese into clear instructions for course offerings and Compliance practices.
  • Top-notch communication skills to collaborate effectively with everyone from the leadership team to trainers to government representatives.
  • Experience with compliance management software like LMS, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
  • A relentless focus on quality – you ensure all compliance documents, course materials, and reports are flawless.
