We are seeking passionate Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our industry-leading, structured Graduate Program and bring our values to life. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop and strengthen your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.

Our SA office and team 
  • In the heart of the action on Prospect Road with plentiful options for lunch.
  • A 3-minute drive in either direction for Percy Street Park or Bragg Park for those who bring their pup into work.

Industry-leading Graduate Program  
  • Two weeks of Graduate specific onboarding including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab 
  • A Supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with Better Rehab, including your transition into fulltime work within your new office. They will also provide clinical support within the NDIS and your caseload 
  • Shadowing opportunities 
  • A buddy from last year’s graduate cohort to answer questions and provide guidance on the new grad role

About your new role 
As a Speech Pathologist at Better Rehab, your day could include: 
  • Visiting NDIS participants, assessing their needs, designing therapy plans and advocating on their behalf 
  • Making a bigger difference to participants with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD, psychosocial and many more 
  • Helping participants from age 0 to 65, across language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia and AAC. Opportunities to specialise are available! 
  • Writing reports, adhering to NDIS requirements 
  • Liaising with support coordinators, local area coordinators and equipment providers 
  • Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team 
  • Taking advantage of exceptional personal development opportunities 
  • Celebrating your wins with participants, their families and your colleagues. 
About you  
  • You are passionate about making a difference! 
  • You have tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with a graduation date in 2024 or 2025 
  • You embody Better Rehab’s values 
  • You have your own car and a valid driver’s license 
  • You can provide evidence of relevant registrations and proof of COVID vaccinations
