Molycop has an opportunity for a dynamic Safety and Training Coordinator to join our fun-culture, safety focused and great camaraderie HR, Safety & Environment team!
Your role
Using your strong time management and prioritising skills, you will coordinate key safety and training functions including :
Training Coordination
Coordination of our Learning Management system:
ensuring training records are up to date
Develop and update on-line modules to support learning
scheduling training requirements of the business
identifying improvements withing training execution and administration
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external training (and providers)
Lead the procurement of new training providers and courses
Streamline and update training tools , including manuals, guides and procedures etc.
Onboarding
Coordinate our onboarding experience for all new employees
Ordering and coordinating new starter resources, including PPE clothing and other requirements
Setting up onboarding training sessions, including invites, catering and internal facilitators
Overseeing online inductions, including qualifications and trade certificates checks
Administrative and reporting functions
Provide regular and ad-hoc training and safety reporting
Develop stakeholder relationships to obtain data for reporting of safety and environmental functions
Provide administrative support to the broader HRS&E team, including participating in projects as required.
General administrative tasks including raising purchase requisitions and receipting invoices

To thrive in this role, you will have:
A solid administration experience, preferably within a training function
Strong attention to detail and experience in database/ data entry management
An enthusiastic and results driven attitude
Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with multiple stakeholders
Experience in time management and prioritising
Examples of your ability to manage competing work demands
Knowledge in data inputting or training systems, and reporting
Prior experience in training and administrative duties will be advantageous
