Safety Training Co-Ordinator

• Immediate start. F/time. 3 to 6 month temp role.
• Frankston location.
• Hourly rate circa $60 to $70 plus Super based on exp.

Working closely with the Safety and Wellbeing team and organisational leaders, the position will coordinate and drive training development, delivery and assessment in relation to Safety and Wellbeing for both employees and contractors of our client.

Key accountability and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to::

• Customer focussed, action-orientated, collaborative and tech-savvy
• Tertiary qualifications in Learning and Development, or other related fields and/or proven experience undertaking a similar role in a large and complex organisation
• Demonstrated experience within a similar role as part of a Safety function
• Highly developed interpersonal skills including communication (verbal and written), consultation, stakeholder engagement and negotiation
• Experience in delivery and facilitating training – online and face to face
• Ability to coach and influence stakeholders to drive change
• Applied knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training sector

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Multiple years of experience in a safety role and hands-on training delivery with a Cert IV TAE
• Tertiary HSE qualifications, min. Diploma WHS (highly desirable)
