**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate all sailing activities, including races, regattas, and training programs
- Recruit, train, and supervise sailing instructors, coaches, and support staff
- Develop and implement sailing programs for members of all ages and skill levels
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on the water
- Maintain sailing equipment, boats, and facilities in top condition
- Promote the club within the sailing community and attract new members
- Collaborate with other staff members and committees to plan and execute club events
*Qualifications and Requirements:**
- Extensive experience in sailing, including racing and coaching
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in managing sailing programs and events
- Knowledge of sailing equipment, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Certification in sailing instruction or coaching
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for promoting sailing and fostering a welcoming club environment
