ROLE: Sales Account Manager LOCATION: Summer Hill, NSW
ABOUT: Are you passionate about building lasting relationships and driving sales growth? As a Sales Account Manager you will take on a pivotal role in our success story.
As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of generating new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Working closely with our sales team, you'll maximize profitability through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives. With your keen understanding of customer needs you will work in proposing tailored solutions that align with their objectives, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, facilitating seamless communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Your proactive approach will involve resolving any issues promptly, maintaining trust, and fostering long-term partnerships.
In addition to your client-focused responsibilities, you'll collaborate with various departments, including QA and R&D, to uphold the highest standards of product quality and service delivery. Your meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in preparing progress reports and forecasts for both internal and external audiences, contributing to our collective success.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Capacity to develop the business independently opening new industrial accounts with problem solving skills and passion
Tenacity and a strategic mind-set to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in driving cross-functional team in strategic and high value new business pursuits
Previous experience in roles related to Sales/Key Account Manager.
