We are looking for someone to join Sales & Administration team. you will be required to perform a full range of sales duties and assist with general office duties.

Start and finish times:.7.00am Till 4.30pm (overtime as required)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team and administrative tasks such as order processing, quotation preparation, and data entry.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, product information, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team.

Qualifications and Experience:

Present yourself in a professional and well-spoken manner.

Thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating effective teamwork skills.

Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities, allowing you to interact with internal and external stakeholders

Showcase excellent customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times While knowledge of the Building industry is advantageous, it's not mandatory.
