We are looking for an all-rounder to join our Noosa footwear team to work in customer service, administration, sales and assist with any other duties required.
Some of the duties include:
- Online: Customer service, online store maintenance
- Boutique: Sales, restock, merchandising
- Wholesale: Sales, customer service
- Office: General admin and office duties
- Marketing: Assist with marketing duties as required
- Samples: Co-ordination of seasonal samples
- Warehouse: Assist where required to meet deadlines
- Assist with any daily tasks as required
Preferred Skills:
- Positive, easy going personality
- Strong customer service & sales skills
- Strong written and verbal skills and can-do attitude
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Cin 7, Shopify
- Understanding of EDI Order (SPS Commerce)
- Ability to process, multi-task and manage time well
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Understanding of fashion/footwear industry
- Organised and results driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Inventory experience
