Our client, a boutique property development company has appointed us to source a Sales Administrator for their Perth office. Their main focus is on the ‘owner occupier’ apartment market within mixed use developments and they have developed several large scale high-rise apartment developments in Perth. With over half a billion dollars on the books, they are one of the largest privately owned property developers in Western Australia.
Tasks & responsibilities and experience required of the Sales Administrator include;
Minimum 3+ years’ admin experience in property sales, property development or real estate
general admin for property sales related items
Sales contracts administration
Understanding the settlement process, stamp duty, paperwork lodgement etc
upon handover, coordination of training / induction for purchaser to the building
assisting with handover packs for clients and inspections
Right to work in Australia
Perth based or enroute within 4 weeks
Salary guide $70k + Super
