The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our young team, to help expand our reach and assist potential clients with their qualifications.
This role involves:
Reaching out to prospective clients to discuss their career experiences and goals.
Educating clients about how they can turn their work experience into recognized qualifications.
Guiding clients through the process of gathering the necessary documentation for certification.
Meeting sales goals by turning inquiries into successful client certifications.
Initiate contact with potential clients to explore their professional background and needs.
Clearly explain the process and benefits of getting work experience formally recognized.
Arrange detailed discussions to assess client eligibility for gaining formal qualifications.
Ensure high client satisfaction and provide ongoing support throughout the certification process.
About you:
Previous experience in phone sales is desirable but not essential.
Any experience within construction or education will be looked upon favourably.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Capable of working independently and as part of a remote team.
