The Opportunity:
We are seeking an individual that has a strong desire to grow, is always up for new challenges and to be part of our rapidly growing residential sales team.
We deal with property developments throughout Melbourne and travelling to various suburbs will be required. Ideally, you should possess some experience that provides you with the skill set to communicate, negotiate, and chase leads.
This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience in the hospitality or retail sector, who is outgoing and confident. No previous real estate experience is required.
You will work alongside and support the Head of Sales who will mentor you and provide you with all of the tools and skills needed to become an elite sales agent in the area.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):
- Sell Sell Sell!
- Cold Calling
- Booking and taking appointments
- Database calls
- Liaising with Vendors and Purchasers
- Meet Minimum KPI Standards
- Weekend Work Required
- Assisting at Display Suites, opens and inspections
- Attending sales meetings and training sessions
Possessing resilience and a natural drive, you find this fast-paced sales environment invigorating and your previous achievements in exceeding the end to end Customer Journey is evident.
The successful candidate must hold a current Agents Representative Certificate or be willing to obtain prior to commencement. Our ideal candidate would be available for immediate start.
- Call Centre/Cold Sales/Real Estate experience is advantageous;
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal;
- Being self-motivated and driven;
- Fast learner who is able to work autonomously;
- Effective negotiation and customer service skills;
- Immaculate presentation and customer engagement;
- Confident and capable in their computer skills;
- Work experience in sales highly regarded;
- Being passionate or having an interest in property;
- Must have own car and current driver’s license
