Our client are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Director of the Company, you will be responsible for managing the advertising and promotion (A&P) activities for the company’s brand portfolios. This role is based in the Company’s Brisbane CBD Head Office, however you will work closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers, regional managers, and marketing departments, to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end A&P activities for each brand portfolio, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Compile weekly sales reports and provide monthly updates on budget changes, proposals, and expenditure.
Conduct monthly Zoom meetings with the APAC office to discuss marketing updates and strategies.
Handle office administration tasks, including invoicing, inventory control, and maintaining files.
Coordinate customer-staff training sessions for key accounts and independent chains.
Schedule training and marketing updates for department stores.
Provide regular marketing tools and updates to key stores and stakeholders.
Liaise with the sales team to ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing activities.
Manage and execute events from beginning to end.
Maintain social media and digital channels, including managing the company website.
Promote digital assets supplied by brands to enhance online presence.
Upload new season collections to customers' platforms.
Ensure timely installation of brands' artwork in ships and share updates to meet deadlines.
Operational support: assist to Co-ordinate deliveries & repairs inline with major customers and provide quality service outcomes to ensure quick turn around
Liaise with stores, installers, shopping centers coordinating campaigns
Liaise regularly with customers marketing departments, building relationships
Season data entry or new collections
The perfect candidate:
Previous experience in a sales and marketing coordination role or similar position.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and experience working with renowned brands is preferred.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
