**About the role:**
As the Sales & Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for looking after our agents’ needs by managing relationships, quality and driving sales. Managing multiple tasks and projects at once, you’ll prioritize tasks based on forecasted revenue and Relationship value. Being creative, using your knowledge of current tourism industry trends throughout Victoria will allow you to thrive.
You will also get out on the road sourcing new avenues, liaising, and negotiating with agents to open doors. Additionally, you will manage our local Melbourne sales accounts, from visitor centers to hotels and other outlets. You will be the local “face” of MPT, building and maintaining account relationships to increase patronage on our products.
