Duties
With a key focus on Admin and Marketing support, your role responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of market appraisal and listing presentation collateral
- Manage sales campaigns from sign up, compliance, marketing preparation through to settlement
- Diary & database management
- Attend building & bank valuation inspection appointments
- Preparation of inspection and auction packs
- Attend open for inspections
- Ideally have at least one year’s real estate experience (however would consider no experience for the right candidate)
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience with high attention to detail
- Strong administrative and database capabilities
- Driver’s licence and own car essential
- Certificate of Registration required (or willing to get it)
- Predominantly Monday – Friday
