We are seeking a bubbly and energetic Sales Assistant to join our growing sales team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and providing exceptional service. We are looking for someone passionate about technology and eager to educate others.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to new inquiries received via our info@ email address, 1300 number, and social media channels.
- Gather information and qualify leads before assigning them to the appropriate sales pipeline and representative for follow-up.
- Enter and log new customer interactions and details into our CRM system, HubSpot.
- Prepare quotations and offer emails to be sent to our retail customers.
- Manage and progress deals within our two retail sales funnels by regularly following up with customers to address any objections.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized self-starter.
- Confident in initiating conversations over the phone.
- Proficient in using a PC, with daily use of software like MS Outlook, MS Teams and MS Excel.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is a plus but not essential.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
