About the Role

We are in search for a Sales Assistant is to assist the Homebuilder Sales Team to win the order and to ensure the order is correct. To provide internal support to the Sales Representatives in the Taren Point location. Provide excellent customer service through product selections with Home Builders clients & consultation through the selection process.

Responsibilities

• Assist to win the order & to ensure the order is correct.
• Estimate projects for Home Builder reps.
• Assist with securing project pricing from suppliers.
• Monitor active quotes.
• Assist with product information & raising of codes.
• Communicate with Reps, Customers, Suppliers & end clients.
• Estimate tenders where required.
• Attending supplier training & trade events.
• Assist reps with problem solving & conflict resolution.
• Assist in maintaining the supplier library catalogues
• Assist customers with product information and technical advice.
• Consultation with the client regarding product selection on occasion.
• Prepare, generate and submit annual pricelists to customers
• Work with site liaison's to ensure building site inspections are maintained
• Prepare quotes and proposals once clients have made their selections
• Knowledge required of kitchen appliances
• Knowledge of plumbing products
• Provide feedback to team members to improve client service provision and satisfaction
• Liaise with other department heads and colleagues
• Attend team meetings
• Attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
