ROLE:
* The role of a Sales Consultant is to work collaboratively within a team to achieve set targets and assist customers, with a positive attitude.
* Provide an exceptional and high level of customer service by identifying their needs and wants and suggesting suitable options
* Assisting customers in their decision-making process by proving them with product information, product cards, samples, etc.
* Achieve set sales targets, by closing each inquiry effectively.
* Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the showroom and ensure that all furniture is displayed properly.
* Finally to provide a holistic sales approach including and not limited to customers, Online, Trade & Commercial, Recover, Despatch, and Customer Service.
