- Proficiency in internet tools for conducting presentations and CRM for pipeline management.
- Understanding of equity, borrowing capacity, rental yield, and investment property benefits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present online and potentially in person.
- Goal-driven, team-oriented individual with strong organizational and computer skills.
Requirements and Expectations:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales roles.
- Ability to network effectively and manage time efficiently.

- Achieve a minimum of 6 sales per month.
- Maintain active daily connections with clients with a minimum of 20 connects per day.
