- Proven track record in sales with a strong ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in internet tools for conducting presentations and CRM for pipeline management.
- Understanding of equity, borrowing capacity, rental yield, and investment property benefits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present online and potentially in person.
- Goal-driven, team-oriented individual with strong organizational and computer skills.
Requirements and Expectations:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales roles.
- Ability to network effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to invest in your success, including a small upfront Marketing Access Fee to access cutting-edge AI Technology Platforms for enhanced performance.
Performance Indicators:
- Achieve a minimum of 6 sales per month.
- Maintain active daily connections with clients with a minimum of 20 connects per day.
- Efficiently manage a CRM with timely follow-ups and updates, ensuring 100% of interactions are recorded.
- Strive for excellent client testimonials and a high service rate.
