WOW Recruitment is looking for a Sales Consultant to join a renewable energy organisation based in the Inner-City Suburb - immediate start available!
Our client is a software/tech company building community-powered solar solutions through a two-sided solar marketplace, a Virtual Power Plant software, a purpose-built CRM, and an app for both customers and installers.
- Salary: $65k - $70k + Super + Commission ($90k-$130k OTE)!

Key Duties:
- Outbound calls in a B2C environment - warm leads provided daily!
- Discuss & assess customer needs over the phone.
- Provide quality & professional customer service to prospects.
- Maintain customer records & database.
- Liase with the sales admin specialist team to onboard new customers.
- Full-time position + immediate start.
- Be rewarded for your performance with an uncapped commission structure.

What We Want From You:
- Prior experience in phone-based sales or customer service preferred but not essential.
- Prior experience in direct sales, hospitality, or retail sales welcomed.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- A desire to learn and succeed.
