About the Role
The Sales and Development Director is a pivotal role within the NightOwl network, and will manage all elements of Franchise Sales, Legal & Development projects. Working closely with the wider team, Franchisees and external stakeholders, you will also spearhead Franchise sales and assist in the growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing Franchise lead enquiries (database/CRM)
Growing the NightOwl network by negotiating contracts with prospective buyers and answering questions around terms, prices and availability.
Driving and owning process improvement and planning within your department
Manage all Franchise sales and collateral
Manage the development of greenfield sites
Manage refurbishments of existing and acquired businesses
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a managerial or business development role of similar nature
Franchising and FMCG experience
Real-estate exposure is an advantage
Proven experience in managing and growing a retail network.
Confident in running multiple projects and working in a rapid paced, high-output environment.
Strong networking and time management skills.
Experience in working with trades
Strong technological and administrational skills
