Job Title- Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Role Purpose
Our Sales Development Representative would be the first point of contact for new opportunities and market leads. They will manage and qualify incoming customer leads and own sales opportunities under a nominated value.
Requirements
Principal responsibilities and tasks:
· Partner with marketing and account team to drive new opportunities.
· Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to sales opportunities.
· Pricing, quotes, and contracts/orders for service opportunities under agreed values
· Pricing, quotes, and contracts for small subscription opportunities developed from marketing leads.
· Management of contacts, tasks and meetings in Salesforce
· Provide accurate and timely forecasts to the management team.
· Manage the sales process from initial contact to discovery or next step to account manager or Business Development Manager.
Essential competencies:
· A track record working as a Sales Development Representative , as inside sales activities or similar
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· Self-motivated and highly driven
· Decision making driven by fact and market/competitive intelligence
· Highly numerate and strong commercial understanding
· Strong influencing skills
· Strong team player
· Process oriented with an attention to detail.
