The Role
The role of Sales Director is to coach, mentor and develop salespeople to maximise opportunities and results. The role is also pivotal in managing the divisional relationship internally and with external partners, to drive revenue performance and grow market share.
Along with smashing KPI’s, the client will need someone who has experience with the following tasks:
- Sourcing new business opportunities
- Coaching and mentoring sales staff
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, targets, and training
- Sales analysis and reporting
- Advising developers on best practice market strategy
- Provide general governance to the sales process
What you will Need to Succeed
- Experience managing a team of high performing staff
- Proven ability with land, house and land, and more specifically medium density sales.
- Strong communications skills to liaise with a diverse range of internal/external stakeholders
- Intermediate skills using MS Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
In Return
- Remuneration $130,000-140,000 base + Super + Commission (commensurate with experience)
