Position Overview:

As the Director Of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the rental and sales of our premium photo booths. You will develop strategic sales plans, and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our sales department and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nurture warm customer leads 
• Educate customers on the benefits of renting or purchasing a photo booth
• Provide quotes 
• Identify and refer cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Meeting KPI targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for photo booth rentals and sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, event planners, venues, and industry partners.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
