The EB Sales Enablement team leads a program of enablement to support sellers by equipping them with knowledge, tools and optimal resources to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.
The Sales Enablement strategy aligns to the EB strategy and the strategice priorities of Presales adn Sales Operations.
Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, the Sales Enablement Specialist will work collaboratively with Sales Enablement, Sales Performance and Insights and the broader Sales Operations team. The remit of these teams spans all of Enterprise Business, including sellers in Mid-Market (Optus Business Centres and Managed service providers), Enterprise, Majors and Presales, Satellite, Wholesale and Small Business.
Your day in the life of a Sales Enablement Specialist!
-Stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of the sales toolset.
-Establishing and embedding EB standards of best practice.
-Gathering actionable insight which will form the basis of a continual sales improvement program.
-Developing, adapting, leveraging, and publishing Dashboards and reporting.
-Engaging extensively across EB including Marketing, Go to Market, and Product teams.
-Focusing on the delivery of the Sales Enablement strategy, capability roadmap, learning content creation, curation, and content lifecycle management.
-Developing mechanisms to capture and report on engagement with content, completion of assigned learnings, and alignment to business outcomes.
-Managing external sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Company 360 to ensure full adoption and measurable performance uplift across the entire EB sales toolset.
Your skills to pay the bills
-Experience in stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of the sales toolset.
-Experience in gathering actionable insight to drive continual sales improvement.
-Experience in developing, adapting, leveraging, and publishing Dashboards and reports. 
-Understanding of events management and marketing discipline.
-Understanding of customer value chain and drivers of business performance uplift.
-Ability to develop compelling and engaging reports and presentations via appropriate media.
-Design and layout skills and data management skills.
-Platform and user group admin experience.
-Analytics mindset and familiarity with performance metrics.
