The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Executive - Training, who prides themselves on building relationships, is customer-centric, and has a strong sales acumen. You will ideally come from a similar role within the fire industry or have skills that can easily translate over.
The Chubb brand has a strong existing client base, but in this role, you will focus on developing new relationships or levering off your current business relationships all to secure new business promoting the product and services of Chubb Training.
Reporting to the National Training Manager and based in our Dingley, VIC office (Bunurong Country), this role is pivotal to Chubb's ongoing success in the Fire and Safety Training market across Victoria and Tasmania.
Responsibilities:
Achieving business development projections and both building and working with target strategies and tactics to increase Chubb’s market share with new business.
Selling Fire Safety Training program and Emergency Planning requirements, which focus on warden training, emergency evacuation procedures, first attack firefighting, fire drills, emergency procedure manuals and evacuation diagrams, maintaining compliance with legislation and Australian standards.
Weekly updates on pipeline reports & forecasting.
Providing effective commercial and technical support to potential customers.
Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
A true networker and relationship builder you will thrive in a competitive environment.
Business Developer with industry experience and technical knowledge within the Fire industry and/or Selling Training is preferred.
Confidence to sell to major clients down to SME’s.
Proven track record of bringing in new business in the industry.
Developing emergency plan solutions based on training products to satisfy legislative and Australian best practice requirements.
Superb negotiating skills, to achieve the best result for Chubb and our customers.
