This role will be known as Sales Executive among colleagues and within the PRO business. Within the broader SCJ organisation, the job is graded as Senior Associate, Business Development.
Summary
Reporting to the Northern Cluster Regional Sales Manager, your role as Healthcare Sales Executive is to develop and manage sales of Healthcare & Aged Care accounts across New South Wales by maximising business opportunities and relationships with key industry stakeholders such as Infection Control Nurses, Procurement, Facility Managers and Independent distributors.
You will promote our market leading DEB Cutan product range and secure new incremental business within the Healthcare segment, leveraging your strong healthcare segment knowledge and established networks.
This will involve an end user focus and a high level of engagement with our distributors e.g Bunzl, Ebos Healthcare who have an established presence in these channels.
This position is field based, covering all NSW with regular travel to regional areas.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new end user business independently and with key distributors
Ownership and responsibility for the sales pipeline to achieve sales targets
Build, manage and enhance company relationships with customers and key influentials within designated channels
Collect and analyise market information, trends and competitor intelligence
Be an expert on regulatory and other compliance requirements
Educate stakeholders with knowledge on product applications, present training workshops and education events
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies
Previous Territory Management / Field Sales experience within the Healthcare sectors (Hospitals) is a must
Sales experience within the Aged Care sector will be highly regarded
Experience selling Medical Consumables, PPE, Hygiene or Cleaning products or other related products
Experience dealing with the Infection Control / Procurement departments within the Aged Care / Hospital settings
A demonstrable track record in developing new business and growing sales revenue
Consultative sales experience with expertise in 'solution' based selling techniques
