This position will be focusing primarily on our Energy Systems line of business, which include telecommunications, IT, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), utilities and switchgear, security, emergency lighting and general electronics. Some of the reserve power brands include PowerSafe,DataSafe, and Genesis. Our extensive product range serves a variety of reserve power applications and consistently delivers the most effective, powerful and reliable batteries available.

Role Overview
To drive profitable growth of EnerSys after-market product and services and solutions across the Australia New Zealand markets. After-market products and services are an essential part of our business. Managing and growing this portfolio across our key Tier 1 customers and installed base is a high focus for the business. With a market leading installed base and broad bespoke offering, the role is well suited to someone keen to manage a core portfolio and drive sales across priority Tier 1 customers in the ANZ market.
Main Responsibilities
-Representation of the EnerSys brand and products with all of our customers, internal and external
-Daily interaction, via phone, face to face or other medium with a defined target customer base to ensure the growth in share of wallet with existing customers and maximise the acquisition of new customers
-Ensure every opportunity is well understood and responded to effectively and efficiently
-Preparation of product/solution quotes and specifications in conjunction with the relevant Engineering and Product Support groups
-Preparation of response to tender documents
-Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the EnerSys capabilities and product sets as well as those of our market competitors
-Provide customer feedback to the business in an effort to promote business improvement and growth
-Active engagement with the Industry Sales Team and broader EnerSys and ICS Industries Teams to promote positive relationships and successful outcomes

Educational/Vocational Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
-Strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills
-Skills in: Problem solving, Organisation, Communication & interpersonal skills, and Computer literacy
– Microsoft Office / Windows environment
-Ability to prioritise workload
-Ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision
-Demonstrated technical aptitude
-Demonstrated ability to establish, develop and expand upon key relationships at all levels within a customer organisation
-Demonstrated experience in delivering results against targets
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience selling into the Telco or Industrial B2B environment
-Experience in using e-commerce platforms (preferred, not essential)
