Position
Due to rapid company growth and market demands, this exciting opportunity has been established within one of their busiest periods yet. An exciting position of Sales Manager has opened and entails a major focus on driving and leading a sales team.
The role will focus on the following:
Leadership
Client management
Implementing sales strategy
Setting and monitoring budgets
Liaising with upper management and the internal support team
Increasing market share

Generous Salary package of upto $120K Base neg on exp + Super + Car + Incentives (Circa $40k - $50k)

Candidate
To be considered for this role, it would be beneficial to have sales management experience from within the moulding, building materials, hardware, interior finishes industry in some capacity.
If you possess sales management or branch management experience within the building materials, corporate office supplies or hardware industry then you would be encouraged to apply. The product range can be learnt but we are looking for someone who can lead a team.
