Sales Manager - Victoria

Our Sales Manager role is newly created. You will manage our sales team (currently eight people) to help the fastest-growing media company in Victoria reach even greater heights. 

We need the greatest sales leader in the world (no pressure). If you're not a sales leader, your experience would likely be that of a cult leader in a commune, given your ability to rally the troops. 

We have the best sales team of any media company in the world – at least according to our two directors' mum, and she never lies.

You will be a coaching superstar and won't be afraid to get in the trenches to ensure you are walking the walk. You will be joining a privately owned media company that has doubled in size in the past 12 months and is on the rise.

If you want to work in a team that actually gets sh*t done and has a bloody laugh once in a while, then keep going. 

This position is based in Geelong a minimum 3 days a week.

Ideally, you have experience leading a successful sales team in B2B sales (bonus points for in-media). If not, you have at least 5 years of experience in sales and are ready to step up. Either way, you’re looking for your next challenge in a media sector that is actually growing.

We only started six years ago but have doubled the size of our business every year, and the growth is continuing. We have a small team of 18 spread across Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat and Wangaratta. We have an HQ in Fitzroy, plus offices in Geelong and Wangaratta. Our team was only nine in February 2023, and now it's 18. We expect it will be near 22 by June - and we hope that number includes you.

We bloody adore regional Victoria and are expanding into other markets – there is nowhere we would rather do business than in regional Australia. 

Each year we put over $2 million into the Regional Victorian economy – through our landlords, suppliers and employees. 

Advertising space on our 120+ billboard locations around Regional Victoria. You will work with businesses of all sizes and from all corners of our state. 

You will travel a few days each month – so a love of pies and yarn at the pub can be helpful. 

We work with clients of all shapes and sizes – from some of the biggest brands in Australia to some of the smallest.
