RØDE is on the hunt for a community manager who can help foster and develop our social media communities, and represent the ethos of RØDE and RØDEX online, as we scale globally.
About you:

• You have a passion for helping people
• You’re organised and have strong attention to detail
• You’re a great communicator
• You’re across social media and community management trends
• You work collaboratively and have strong communication skills
• An interest in audio, film and streaming is a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and engage with our community across our social platforms
• Manage and nurture our community on Facebook and FB groups, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord
• Engage in regular informal streams with our Twitch community
• Be an ear to the ground for customer sentiment and feedback
• Represent the RØDE brand tone of voice, ethos and values
