Solta Medical Australia (a division of Solta Medical under Bausch & Lomb Australia) has a global presence offering leading aesthetic energy-based devices delivering tailored solutions, for skin resurfacing & rejuvenation, and body contouring & tightening.

This is an exciting role for a suitably qualified Sales and Marketing Coordinator to work with a highly successful commercial team through the support the sales and marketing team. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the focus of this role is to provide a high level of customer service to all internal / external customers through administrative support to the business division, its managers and sales team. Act as a representative to the interests of the business to key stakeholders across the organisation.

As a high performing Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will manage the success of your role by:

• Assisting the Solta Brand Manager through a range of marketing activities such as creative artworks, event coordination, distribution of marketing materials and digital campaign assistance
• Assisting the sales team and management through Salesforce.com and Veeva management of data, creation of campaigns, creating, modifying features, running reports and working with the remote CRM support team
• You will also assist with the facilitation of account creation/setup and detail management and the coordination of assets for capital sales and demonstrations.

To be considered for this role you must have experience with providing administrative support in Salesforce.com. and have worked with software to create marketing artwork. You will have experience with providing support to a sales and marketing team and establishing effective professional relationships across multiple internal stakeholders.
