Our client is an established and well-respected developer with an impressive array of projects across Victoria. They have outstanding relationships, funding, and career development opportunities. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to join their high-performance and close-knit team.
Based in the head office on the CBD fringe, you will be responsible for delivering assistance and support to the Sales & Marketing Managers and be an integral part of the team with a wide range of responsibilities.
The Position, but not limited to:
Management of Stock Control of all marketing materials
Content creation and planning for social media accounts and blogs
Assisting with House & Land Packages from building companies
Updating project profiles on websites
Responsible for reports from external stakeholders
Liaise with internal and external sales consultants
Assist with planning and implementation of community and builder-focused events
The Candidate:
Degree in Marketing (or similar)
Previous experience in property and/or real estate will be highly regarded
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Have a keen interest in Sales, Marketing and the building industry
