NAK have experienced incredible growth over recent years, ongoing success in global markets and have recently shared the exciting news that Adamantem Capital, a private equity firm, are now a majority investor in the group. As they continue to grow and sophisticate their back of house teams, they now have a newly created S&OP Manager role available within their Eagle Farm head office & warehouse.
The Role
This key position in the Operations team will align demand and supply needs at NAK Hair. The S&OP Manager will be responsible for defining, overseeing, managing and facilitating the entire S&OP process ensuring correct inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand while minimising excess inventory and reducing costs.
Responsibilities;
Sales & Operational Planning
Lead all Supply Chain Projects and process improvement tasks
Create cost contingency plans and scenarios, supported by the Operations and Finance teams
Understand material and capacity constraints and provide feedback to stakeholders around predicted failures due to demand, supply or other changes
Performance Reporting
Monitors S&OP performance through tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, inventory levels and customer service levels
Identifies and manages risks associated with the S&OP process, such as changes in demand, supply chain disruptions and inventory shortages
Demand Planning
Analyse historical sales data to identify trends and patterns in consumer demand
Collaborates with Sales and Marketing teams to understand promotions, pricing and other factors that may impact demand
Develops and maintains a demand forecast based on factors such as seasonality, market trends, and historical data
About You
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business-related field
Several year’s experience working in demand planning and S&OP environments
Prior experience setting up an S&OP from scratch and leading change will be highly regarded
Analytical and planning mindset
Advanced Excel skills
Netsuite experience highly desirable
Strong knowledge of S&OP pillars
