Building customer relationships
You will need to use all tools at your disposal you ensure current and future customers think of BBF Industrial in the highest regard. This will include a scheduled runs that will include both calling on current customers and cold calling
Communication, Communication, Communication!
Farmers, workshop managers, business owners, colleagues, team leaders, male, female, different backgrounds… you will need to communicate effectively with them all, in many different formats.

We can teach you all about Industrial Supplies, including fasteners, tools, workshop consumables, and the other 100,000+ items BBF Industrial is known for. You will need to bring the relationship building talent, the drive and the will to succeed. We will offer you whatever we can to make you successful!
About the Position
We are looking for a Professional sales person to join with BBF Industrial Dubbo to build relationships with both customers and other team members. We are looking for someone to take this role and run with it. We will, of course, offer you all the support needed. You will become an intrinsic and critical part of the BBF Industrial team. Our staff is the most important and protected part of our business, some other companies treat employees like goods and chattel,
You will be needed to build relationships through Dubbo, Mudgee, Wellington, Gilgandra, Narromine, Cobar and other nearby areas. Initially no overnight stays will be required. There may be requirements of overnight stays in the future.
