SALES REPRESENTATIVE | IMMEDIATE START!
This is a part time position and allows you to work from home (and travel from the base for a face to face lead scouting).
The main purpose of the position is:
To maintain positive morale and build a culture of fundamental values, through working relationships with all stakeholders and help grow and develop the organisation into a sustainable business.
To introduce our company and products to the marketplace, establish a working relationship with our clients, suppliers and builders to provide quality, efficiency and profitability.
What do we expect of you?
Proven sales experience (at least 2 years in SALES REPRESENTATIVE role)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
Driver Licence (highly required)
Key duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Follow up new leads (e.g new building companies).
- Pursue awarded tender leads and ascertain awarded contractors.
- Quotes follow-up, Closing Sales (call clients, etc.)
- Marketing of products & promoting our company profile in the marketplace.
- Meeting Sales performance criteria and providing weekly sales reports to management.
-Travelling on the road, meeting with clients face to face and chasing possible leads
