About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Rep who has previous Civil and Earthmoving experience and knowledge. You will be based out of our office working closely with both sales and the Allocations team. Tasks & responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Source, manage and secure new leads / projects on a regular basis.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email or phone within a timely & efficient manner.
- Conduct estimates either on-site or from the office and provide guidance to our customers throughout their projects.
- General administrative duties including estimations, bookings, and back up to our allocations team, answering inbound calls.
- Working to achieve both individual and team sales KPI's.
About you:
The successful applicant will be:
- Organized, reliable & have a strong customer service focus.
- Contacts within the construction/earthmoving industry - highly favorable.
- Able to hold yourself accountable & work autonomously with a strong attention to detail and follow through.
- Driven and passionate about sales and reaching KPI targets.
- Excellent communication and consistency to support our customers from securing the project through to its completion.
