We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Representative to join the team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in developing and growing sales through existing and new customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the existing customer base by establishing strong relationships and fostering customer loyalty.
- Handle day-to-day customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage a geographical territory of customer accounts, ensuring consistent customer contact to foster strong working relationships.
- Proactively engage in marketing activities to raise the profile of the product range.
- Develop and maintain a sufficient number of sales leads in alignment with monthly and annual budgets.
- Attend sales meetings to discuss progress and strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Internal Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction, including efficient management of any customer complaints.
- Participate in regular staff training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle customer enquiries promptly.
- Previous territory management experience is required.
