Due to continuing growth, we are looking for an energetic Sales Representative/Real Estate Agent to join Life Consulting Worldwide Pty Ltd Trading as First National Team at Geelong, one of the most respected Real Estate offices, located right next to beachfront at beautiful Geelong.
Qualifications & experience
- Real Estate Representative Certificate / Real Estate Licence
- Drivers License
- Requires relevant qualification and at least 3 years of relevant work experience
Tasks & responsibilities
- Passion for people, relationship building and retention skills, prospecting, and database management
- Motivated to grow professionally
- Excited about Real Estate Sales passion, knowledge, and experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and personal presentation
- Great organisational skills and efficient time management
- Professional communication and a friendly manner providing an excellent customer nurturing experience with our team
- Excellence on Saturdays for Open homes
- Ability to self-motivate and work unsupervised as part of a team with a can-do attitude and sense of urgency
- Social media management
Benefits
- $65,000 Salary +Super+ Commission

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting for new business
- Database management and data collection
- Preparing for, attending and undertaking call backs from open homes
- Assisting with open inspections
- Assisting the team throughout the range of real estate requirements
- Attending sales & training weekly meetings

The successful candidate will have:
- A current Real Estate Certificate or License
- A valid VIC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Previous 3 years sales experience is real estate will be required
- A positive, fun, and friendly attitude, with the ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service
- High level verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, achieving targets/KPIs and goals within agreed deadlines
- Immaculate presentation
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends where required
