What is the Opportunity? - Are you an experienced medical device sales professional? 

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our passionate, successful sales team based in Brisbane. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for the Metro-North and North Queensland regional areas, selling and promoting Arjo products and services to Aged Care clients. 

By providing recommendations and education on Arjo’s portfolio of solutions, you’ll contribute to improving the quality of life for residents, patients, and caregivers.


We are looking for a person to:

•    Network extensively with key opinion leaders in the Aged Care sectors within the designated territory.
•    Engage in conversations with health executives to identify, develop, and maintain key customer relationships.
•    Identify new high-growth markets for Arjo’s products.
•    Develop strategic plans and business strategies for new products.
•    Explore new revenue streams for existing product lines through annual market analysis.
•    Identify new high-growth markets for new products;
•    See your ideas in action, by developing a strategic plan and business strategies for new products.
•    Grow, maintain, manage and retain existing rental and consumable accounts
 
The skills you will need:

•    Minimum of 3 years of medical sales experience, preferably in the Aged Care sector.
•    Tertiary qualifications in a healthcare discipline (Physio, OT or nursing background preferred but not essential).
•    Growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
•    Excellent consultative selling and active listening abilities.
•    Passion for exceeding customer expectations.
•    Proven sales record and ability to meet quotas.
•    Confidence, persistence, and comfort in the Aged Care setting.
•    Local knowledge of the Aged Care market and established customer relationships.
•    Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
•    Empathy and sensitivity toward aged or disabled residents and staff.
•    Proficiency in MS Office and experience with a CRM system (Desirable: Salesforce).
•    Full vaccination against COVID-19 required for this role.
